WEST Fund Annual Film Night, 23rd November 2017 – Hidden Figures
This year’s film night for WEST is in a new location at Sheffield Hallam University. ‘Hidden Figures’ will be shown at the Stoddart Lecture Hall 7140 in the Stoddart Building Networking and drinks from 5pm in the Stoddart Building with the film screening at 6pm. ‘Hidden Figures’ tells the inspiring story of three African-American women working at NASA in 1962.

Our partners WEST are holding their annual film night on 18th November 2016, entrance is free but donations for the WEST Fund are welcome. The film will start at 7pm at Sheffield Hallam University, and you’re invited for drinks and nibbles beforehand too.

Please join us for our annual fundraising film night. It's a free event - open to all! 'Wadjda' is an award-winning film from 2013 about a girl's longing for a bike - it illuminates the lives of women in Saudi Arabia. Directed by Haifa al-Mansour.

WiSET team partners in free Educated Yorkshire event for teachers on Thursday 12th November
The WiSET team are partnering with Educated Yorkshire and will be represented at the event in Bradford College. The conference is targeted specifically for head teachers, principals and senior leaders in the education sector. Our partners the Royal Air Force will be in attendance, with Squadron Leader Glynis Dean delivering a presentation about the RAF’s approach to diversity.

Women in Nuclear UK Stakeholder Networking Event
WiN UK is delighted to invite you to a networking event to be held on 13th October (4-6pm) at the Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester. The event has been designed to bring Women in Nuclear UK together with like-minded organisations that promote engineering, interest in STEM subjects, and inclusion-related subjects to explore ways in which we can work cooperate more closely and achieve mutual objectives.
