Meet the team
Pat Morton - Women in SET Leader
Pat leads the Women in SET team and also project manages the STEM Subject Choice and Careers Project. This is a large government funded project that is aiming to encourage young people in England to study science, technology, engineering and maths beyond 16. She manages a team of people working on this project as well as working with schools, careers professionals, employers and all sorts of different organisations who have a stake in the work. Pat was a founder member of the UK Resource Centre for Women in SET, our partner organisation in Bradford and her focus is on encouraging more women to get involved in public life in science, engineering and technology. She enjoys teaching and research and is writing up her research on women students in built environment higher education.

Denise is involved in developing and delivering a range of courses and events for women and girls to engage them in Science, Engineering, Technology and the Built Environment. Denise works closely with local employers, schools and other learning providers to ensure that women can progress successfully in their chosen careers.
